Agreement to these terms

By using this website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Business customers only

This is a business-to-business supply service. Products are offered to companies, laboratories, research organizations, and other professional buyers, and are not offered for sale to consumers or for personal use. We may decline any enquiry or order at our discretion.

Use of this site

You may use this site to review products, request documentation, and submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at a scale that burdens the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Site content, including text, images, technical drawings, and layout, belongs to Numa Scientific Supply or its licensors and is provided for evaluating our products. You may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without permission.

Quotations and orders

Prices and availability shown or discussed are not offers to sell. A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written quotation and confirm your order in writing.

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation
• Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless a quotation states otherwise, and are subject to minimum order quantities
• Lead times are estimates confirmed at the time of order acceptance
• Quantities supplied may vary slightly from those ordered where manufacturing or packing conventions require it, and we will tell you if this applies
• Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice

Product information and specifications

We aim to describe products accurately. Dimensions, tolerances, capacities, and material properties are nominal and follow the applicable standard or the manufacturer's published data. Photographs and illustrations are representative, and product appearance may vary.

Specification sheets, material declarations, and lot-specific documentation are available on request. Where the intended application is critical, you should obtain and review the relevant documentation, and validate samples, before committing to a production quantity.

Intended use and your responsibilities

Products supplied through this site are packaging components and laboratory materials. They are supplied for research, laboratory, and production packaging use. Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing, products are not supplied as finished drug products, medical devices, or products for human or veterinary administration, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation for any clinical use.

Where products are designated for research use only, they must not be used in or on humans or animals, or for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Determining whether a product is suitable for your application, process, and regulatory context
• Any washing, depyrogenation, sterilization, filling, sealing, testing, or validation that your process requires beyond the condition in which the product is supplied
• Holding any licences, registrations, or approvals your activities require, and complying with all applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions
• Labelling, handling, storage, and onward distribution of anything you produce

Warranty

We warrant that products will, at the time of delivery, conform in material respects to the specification we have agreed in writing. This is the only warranty we give. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions, and terms, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.

To make a claim relating to non-conformity, damage, shortage, or incorrect items, follow the process in our Shipping & Returns policy. Where a claim is valid, our responsibility is limited to replacing the affected products or crediting their purchase price, at our option.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, loss of business or goodwill, loss or contamination of product filled into or stored in the components supplied, or any indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Numa Scientific Supply against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the products, including any product you manufacture, fill, label, or distribute using them, and from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order. The revision date at the top of this page shows when this page was last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
